1. When you use this system to pre-register, you agree to all the terms of this Notice.

2. If you do not agree, please do not use this system.

3. When you visit the system, information may be saved on your terminal device using cookie technology.

4. We reserve the right to modify, add or delete these terms at any time. By continue to use the system, you accept all the updated terms.

II. Purpose & Usage of Information

1. The information is used for legitimate purposes in the exhibition information system such as business matching, filing, review, comparison, statistical analysis, company and personnel information, etc..

2. We collect personally identifiable information for epidemic prevention and on-site security purposes according to national policies, government requirements, specific laws and regulations.

III. Information Collection

1. Personal information (ID Card, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan Residence Permit, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong & Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Permanent Residence Permit for Foreigners, Foreign Passport, Overseas Chinese Passport). Personal name, phone or email, as well as his or her company name, position, title, department, etc..

2. Company information (company name, address, phone, fax, zip code, email, website, etc.), products for exhibition, contact information, etc..

IV. Information Usage

Unless with your explicit authorization in advance or otherwise provided in this Notice, we will not share, transfer, sell, rent, publicly disclose or otherwise disclose user information to any third party, except for the following circumstances:

1. third-party users invited by exhibitors, individual users or social groups

2. business matching

3. obtain explicit authorization from the user in advance

4. requirements of relevant government authorities

5. requirements for safeguarding social public interests and security

6. requirements of relevant laws and regulations

V. Storage & Protection of Personal Information

1. The information collected and generated during the operation of the exhibition is stored in China.

2. We will use appropriate data security measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

3. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law.

VI. Information Sharing

Functional departments that provide technical, customer service and other supporting services for exhibitions, such as venue management, official contractor, official forwarder, travel agency, safety drawing review, access control service, security inspection, etc.. Such sharing will be strictly limited to those necessary to complete supporting services within a reasonable range.

VIII. Disclaimer

The information processor shall not be liable for any of the following circumstances:

1. Leakage occurs because you inform others of your user information or your user information is stolen or tampered with.

IX. Dispute Resolution

1. For any disputes and controversies arising out of or related to this Notice shall be resolved through consultation between the parties. If no agreement can be reached, either party may file a lawsuit to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the place where the exhibition is held.
